Any purchase or transaction takes place directly between the shopper and the respective merchant, outside the ShoppingStar.in platform. ShoppingStar.in is not a party to such transactions.

The acceptance, redemption, or rejection of any offer, deal, or coupon is entirely at the discretion of the merchant. 4. Merchant Responsibility

Each merchant is solely responsible for:

• Redemption of offers and coupons.
• Customer service.
• Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties.
• Compliance with applicable laws.
