Terms of Service

1. The service

Waapas is a platform that lets local shops publish discounts, banners and loyalty programs, and lets shoppers discover deals and earn rewards. We are a facilitator; we do not sell the products or services listed by shops.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your name and mobile number and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Do not use another person's number without permission.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to break its security, or spam other users.
• Shop owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, discounts and the fulfilment of any offer.

4. Deals, coupons & loyalty points

Deals and coupons are offered by shops, not by Waapas. Availability, pricing and terms are set by the shop and may change or expire. Loyalty points have no cash value except as defined by the issuing shop, and are subject to that shop's rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Waapas name, app and design are our property. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it within the service.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Waapas is not liable for the products, services, offers or conduct of any shop, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
